At Opulent Locks, we take pride in delivering premium-quality human hair products while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards.
For this reason, our return policy is carefully structured to protect both our customers and our brand.

Eligibility for Returns:

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met:
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered
The original packaging, tags, and seals remain fully intact
The hair has not been installed, washed, cut, dyed, bleached, or modified
Any item that does not meet these conditions will be declined without exception.

Opened or Used Products:

For hygiene and quality control reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Once the original seal is broken, the product is considered used and cannot be resold or restocked.

Exchanges:

Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to:
Product availability
Successful inspection upon return
If an exchange is not available, a store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is:
– Incorrect
– Defective
– Damaged during transit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

– Your order number
– Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Restocking Fees:

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, which covers inspection, processing, and handling costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Authorization Process:

All returns require prior authorization.

To initiate a return:

1- Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery
2- Provide your order number and supporting images
3- Wait for return approval and instructions
Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for:
– All return shipping costs
– Any customs duties or taxes associated with the return

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Opulent Locks is not responsible for lost return shipments.

International Returns:

International returns must comply with:

– Customs regulations
– Proper documentation
– Declared value accuracy

Failure to comply may result in the return being rejected.

Final Sale Items:
All sale items, promotional products, and discounted purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
